Thailand is certain for THE HANGOVER sequel

Thailand has been the off-and-on destination for the sequel to THE HANGOVER, with director Todd Phillips giving us the run-around up until now. With production looming, it must be too hard to hide and he has finally admitted that the film will be going exotic.

Check out what he had to say after the break!

“It takes place in Bangkok and LA. There’s gonna be some fucked-up surprises.”

Then, coming from a source close to Latino Review, we get this little tidbit about what these surprises might be:

“…after a hard night of partying Stu gets really drunk and ends up sleeping with a Thai tranny. The next day the guys have to try and rehash the night and figure out what happened.”

Poor Stu (Ed Helms), he sure knows how to charm a lady when he’s blacked out. Joining our three heroes (including the also-returning Bradley Cooper and Zach Galifianakis) again will be Doug (Justin Bartha), the fourth friend who was missing throughout most of the first film. Also confirmed is Mr. Chow, played by the hilarious Ken Jeong.

Although public opinion on THE HANGOVER  has soured since its release, are you guys still excited for the sequel?
