New "The Walking Dead" poster doesn't disappoint

I really haven’t a clue if AMC can do any bad with The Walking Dead, so far everything they’ve done has been spot-on. From the look of the zombies to the straight-out-of-the-book appearance of Rick, they seem to be taking the project a lot more seriously than many other channels would. Now we have an awesome poster to satiate our appetites until the premiere.

If it was even possible for my excitement to grow more than it was, this poster has done it. The top image is pretty spooky, and really sets up the tone of the show. The style of the poster kind of reminds me of something you’d see from the book, which gives it bonus points in my geek-o-meter. Now we just need a trailer to see if the show reallyis going to turn out as well as it seems.
