Final DESPICABLE ME poster is the opposite of despicable

More often than not, we get posters that go out of their way to be cool or exciting to pull in the older crowd. That certainly isn’t the case for the upcoming animated film DESPICABLE ME, whose final poster goes out of its way to be creative, endearing, and adorable.

The thing that’s really interesting about the poster is the “Superdad” tagline. Although they have introduced that aspect of the story into the most recent trailer, it was vastly overshadowed with the fact that the lead protagonist Gru is a supervillain. It’s nice to see them work that aspect into such a fun and creative poster. If you can get enough of Gru’s minions then you are absolutely crazy, and I can’t wait to see them in the full version of the movie on July 9th.
