This is it, guys! Fifty episodes of the GATW podcast, and we are nowhere near stopping. We really wanted to make sure we rang in our fiftieth episode right. With SUPER 8 being the big release of last week, we had an idea – we should focus the episode on our top 8 films of all-time. SUPER 8 is easily one of the most anticipated films of the year for just about everyone. Not only is it produced by Steven Spielberg, but it is being directed by J.J. Abrams, arguably one of the best filmmakers out there right now. Although SUPER 8 has been under wraps for a good while now, more is becoming known about it due to its impending release. That being said, you need to watch the new clip (along with that new image up top) they’ve released to build up anticipation.

Everybody loves J. J. Abrams, just as everybody loves Steven Spielberg. So what happens when they team up? This awesome trailer is what happens. Their project together, SUPER 8, has been completely shrouded in mystery since it was first announced but now we know something. I’ve always imagined people putting their careers on hold for the opportunity to work with Steven Spielberg, and many actors do just that – for a while. Apparently, some of the biggest and best actors even lose that interest after a time, and Liam Neeson is proof of that.
After spending a very long time attached to star in Steven Spielberg’s biopic of Abraham Lincoln, he has officially pulled out of the project. Check out what Liam Neeson himself had to say about the role after the break!
