More often than not, we get posters that go out of their way to be cool or exciting to pull in the older crowd. That certainly isn’t the case for the upcoming animated film DESPICABLE ME, whose final poster goes out of its way to be creative, endearing, and adorable.

A couple weeks ago I reported that Ed Helms was going to star in DADDY’S HOME opposite Will Ferrell. The film is about a husband trying to cope with his new wife’s ex-husband hanging around to spend time with his kids. DESPICABLE ME is a movie that somehow had slipped past my radar. I literally knew nothing about this movie when I saw the trailer before AVATAR. Mid-trailer, I knew that this movie was going to be awesome. Steve Carell has the perfect voice for animated features, which gives this film a lot of clout.
