Usually my favorite performances out of comedic actors hit the screen when they take on roles in small independent features. Zach Braff has done it, Bill Murray repeatedly does, and you don’t want to get me started on when Jim Carrey does.

MACGRUBER is, surprisingly enough, an anxiously awaited film from the writers of “SNL.” Never would I have thought that the completely unfunny skit could be turned into a movie that looks so funny. Luckily, the red band trailer sold a lot of people on the film with its hilarious and vulgar content.
