Neil LaBute's SOME GIRLS with Adam Brody just got some more girls

Let me just start by saying that Adam Brody is my homeboy. No, I don’t mean that literally, I mean it as in I really enjoy just about everything he is in. Sure, a big part of it is due to my sad obsession with The OC, but it mostly comes from the fact that he has been great in everything he’s been in since (not that all of the films have been great).

Mia Maestro joins Oliver Stone's SAVAGES

Mia Maestro is about to make a splash in the upcoming film of THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN as the character Carmen, one of the many vampires we are sure to see in the film. She isn’t looking to go anywhere after the film comes out, though, and is already starting to set up other roles in some varied films.

You can now expect to see her in the upcoming Oliver Stone film, SAVAGES.

The film has a pretty impressive ensemble cast lined up already, with Emile Hirsch (INTO THE WILD) and Aaron Johnson (KICK-ASS) as two marijuana kingpins living in Laguna Beach. When their friend, played by Blake Lively (GREEN LANTERN), is kidnapped, they are blackmailed into helping out the Baja Cartel. Other cast members include Benicio Del Toro, Uma Thurman, and John Travolta. Maestro will play Del Toro’s wife in the film, a woman who is seemingly a soccer mom, yet has a dark gang-riddled past.
