Well-made thrillers are some of the most engaging films that get released. Between their exciting, more action-oriented scenes and the mentally stimulating mysteries, they offer up a product that often breaks the genre barrier. Most of the time you leave the theater going back over the story in your head, trying to remember back to all the clues that were presented throughout.
Now we have a new thriller being made, called BORDERLINE, and the people behind the movie pack quite a punch.
The film was written by Justin Marks, and will be directed by Rod Lurie, who most recently wrote and directed the upcoming STRAW DOGS remake. The film follows a man who must deal with a criminal who has kidnapped his wife and daughter. Surely there will be a lot more to the story, but such as with thrillers, most of it stays a mystery.
