DUMB AND DUMBER sequel coming down the pipeline?

DUMB AND DUMBER sometimes slips through the cracks of my mind, to a place where it is not often thought of. This isn’t because it’s a bad movie, in fact, it’s quite the opposite. It’s because it came out a relatively long time ago at this point, and the prequel film DUMB AND DUMBERER didn’t help the series much either.

But we are now hearing reports that the Farrelly brothers might be interested in doing a true sequel to the film, if they can get Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels back as Harry and Lloyd.

Carla Gugino joins MR. POPPER'S PENGUINS

We just recently found out that Carla Gugino would be starring in the not so kid friendly film MILF (MOTHERS I’D LIKE TO FIGHT), and now it looks like she is wanting to balance that out with a family film. Usually my favorite performances out of comedic actors hit the screen when they take on roles in small independent features. Zach Braff has done it, Bill Murray repeatedly does, and you don’t want to get me started on when Jim Carrey does.

Larry Charles to direct Jim Carrey in PIERRE PIERRE

It isn’t hard to get into debate as to which Larry Charles film is your favorite, especially since he has only done a couple films, but many people praise him for his work on BORAT and RELIGULOUS.
