Jack Black signs up for a BAILOUT

In the past, I’ve been known to really enjoy Jack Black movies, due to both his crazy antics and his ridiculous over-the-top presence. However, the past several years have led to a slump in the quality of his productions. In fact, the last time I remember really liking him in something was 2008’s TROPIC THUNDER. The kiddies have him in the KUNG FU PANDA series, but maybe us adults can get him back with BAILOUT.

BAILOUT is an upcoming comedy to be directed by Michael Winterbottom, which follows a man who is down and just plain out of luck. He loses his job and is piled underneath a mountain of debt, and things can’t seem to get any worse. The Farrelly Brothers let us in on THE THREE STOOGES details

The Farrelly Brothers have been working toward a THREE STOOGES feature for a pretty good while now, with a projected cast members constantly dropping in and out. Unfortunately, we are still unsure about who will be taking up the roles of Moe, Larry, and Curly, but we are getting a little update on what we can expect from the film.

James Franco will act in RICKY STINICKY

James Franco has been taking his career in a pretty interesting direction lately, not quite Joaquin Phoenix interesting, but pretty damn interesting. Aside from having a stint on the soap opera General Hospital as what my mom described as “a creepy murderer dude,” and his indie documentary SATURDAY NIGHT (a behind the scenes look at SNL), but he hasn’t had any big roles in a while.
