Leslie Mann is an actress that I can remember watching throughout most of the nineties, although usually not in leading roles. In fact, it wasn’t until Judd Apatow started directing his own features that I really took notice of her talent.

My love for the GODZILLA franchise goes back to when I was a very young child and I saw KING KONG VS. GODZILLA for the first time. After that, GODZILLA became my number one interest, and I had to have every toy and every movie I could get my hands on. That hasn’t changed to this day.
This is exactly why the prospect of Legendary taking over the reins and bringing him back for the first time since 2004’s awesomely epic GODZILLA FINAL WARS was very alluring. Alice is a hardcore female ass-kicker, and reminds us of some of our favorites that have graced the silver screen. Somebody at Marvel Studios must have put some talk-lax in the water cooler, because it seems no one can keep their mouths shut. Thank you rouge laxer, whoever you are! As disappointing that it is that Joss Whedon won’t be involved in Marvel’s film adaptation of THE RUNWAYS, considering his run on the comic might be the best it’s ever been. Regardless, it is still very exciting to see that the film is coming to fruition, as it is not one of Marvel’s tent pole books. It’s no surprise that THE EXPENDABLES turned out to be a hit film- the cast gave that away from the very beginning. Because the first one ended up successful, a sequel isn’t surprising to any stretch of the imagination. Thanks to Stallone himself, we’re already are getting some insight as to what we might get in the sequel. Apparently it was planned all along.
