One of the biggest hurdles the new A-TEAM movie had to clear was casting the right replacement for Mr. T, which they some how did the impossible and cast Rampage Jackson in the role. The film is done now and about to come out, and the real Mr. T has seen it. His opinion on the film wasn’t so positive, but for reasons you very well might not have expected. Usually when a film gets delayed, it isn’t the best sign in the world. It can mean that the movie might not be best fit for the original release date, or it didn’t turn out the way it was originally intended.

A while back we were hit with Entourage news that was somewhat surprising, but at the same time made complete sense. Producer Mark Wahlberg came out and said that the team behind the HBO series was interested in making two more seasons of the show, then cap it all off with a movie.

Dexter is certainly a favorite television series of a lot of us here at Gordon and the Whale, and we are anxiously awaiting season five. Season four ended with a major shocker, and left fans completely unsure of what would follow. As the next season is approaching, details are now starting to come out about what we can expect, such as that film actress Julia Stiles has officially joined the cast for the next season.

This is why Marvel has been finding so much recent success, because it seems like every big move they make is so damn smart. Joe Quesada has been instrumental in Marvel’s successes since he became the Editor-in-Chief a decade ago. Many of their more daring and inventive story arcs are because he took a chance, and allowed stuff that others probably wouldn’t.

Chloe Moretz has been on the web journalists’ radar for a pretty good while now. After popping up in the highly acclaimed 500 DAYS OF SUMMER, and then showing the world that she can KICK-ASS as Hit-Girl, we all are excited to see whatever she does next.
