We all know that the next sequel in the FAST & THE FURIOUS franchise, FAST FIVE, is racing towards the silver screen, but little has been known as to what the plot would entail. Whether we needed it or not, a plot synopsis has been released for the upcoming film.

The next outing in the RESIDENT EVIL franchise has officially hit theaters, and Alice is back and killing zombies like never before…in 3D. Alice is a hardcore female ass-kicker, and reminds us of some of our favorites that have graced the silver screen. So this week we are paying tribute to the women who could easily defeat us in a fight, and look damn good while doing it.

As disappointing that it is that Joss Whedon won’t be involved in Marvel’s film adaptation of THE RUNWAYS, considering his run on the comic might be the best it’s ever been. Regardless, it is still very exciting to see that the film is coming to fruition, as it is not one of Marvel’s tent pole books. It’s no surprise that THE EXPENDABLES turned out to be a hit film- the cast gave that away from the very beginning. Because the first one ended up successful, a sequel isn’t surprising to any stretch of the imagination. Thanks to Stallone himself, we’re already are getting some insight as to what we might get in the sequel. Apparently it was planned all along.

Disney’s acquisition of Marvel has brought forth infinite more possibilities for Marvel properties to make it to the big screen. One of the first of which seems to be Iron Fist, a character very well known for fans of comics, but virtually unknown to everyone else.

Just the other day we got news that Jeremy Renner was set to co-star in the next MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE film, with Tom Cruise still set to lead. This is an exciting prospect for fans of the series, as the build-up of Keri Russell’s character in the third film was really interesting. Now we are getting word that that film will indeed be a sequel to the film series, but it won’t be MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE.
