Jaden Smith to possibly star in BOY NOBODY

Jaden Smith is probably the closest you can get to Hollywood royalty. I mean, the kid is the offspring of one of the biggest stars out there, and he is also really great at his craft. Luckily, Jaden is being recognized for his good work, and it looks like he could follow a similar critical path to that of his dad. In fact, they have a new movie coming out together called AFTER EARTH.

Although he has a big film ahead of him, he seems to already be booking a new film to further get himself out there. The film is called BOY NOBODY.

BOY NOBODY is based on Allen Zadoff book of the same name about a teenage assassin who begins to regain memory and emotion after being brainwashed into a killing machine. The character seems to share a lot of similarities to Jason Bourne, albeit, as a teenager. The role sounds like an interesting fit for Jaden and could really help him gain recognition as an adult actor. Additionally, the series is likely to turn into a trilogy, making Jaden a franchise lead.

The novel BOY NOBODY has yet to be released though it has a rough street-date of Spring, 2013. As for Jaden, AFTER EARTH comes out June 7th of next year. Hopefully the combo of Jaden and Will can make the film work, because it is an M. Night Shyamalan joint. Either way, Jaden seems to be sticking around for a good long while.
