JACKASS 3D was quite a marvel that should have been seen by all that are age appropriate. It is hilarious, disturbing, and enthralling in almost all aspects. Although it was joked in its pre-release that it was the most revolutionary 3D since AVATAR, this may not have been too far off the mark.
With all this being said, it only makes sense that the film would see a campaign to nominate the film for Best Picture, right? Right?
It seems too obvious to write this off as a joke, but why not have JACKASS 3 in the running for Best Picture? It was, in my mind, certainly a step up from the already enjoyable JACKASS 2, and it spent more time focusing on the guys getting a little older and this being harder for them to do. Sadly, it’s very unlikely the film would ever actually be considered.
