Hey there Marvelites! While the ultimate fate of the THOR film is still to be determined, Marvel is doing a pretty fantastic job hyping the film up. The only thing missing from the whole equation was a theatrical poster (and an official trailer, which will hit sometime this afternoon), which we now have. This poster absolutely proves that sometimes simpler is better.

Although there isn’t a lot to this poster and it seems like nothing new, that doesn’t stop it from being completely badass. There is just something about it that gives it the kind of feel I want from my THOR film. The added bonus of now officially wanting to wear a red cape around everywhere I go definitely helps.
Does this poster go out of its way to impress me more than I already was, not really. On the other hand, I’m not sure the excitement could be any greater than it already is.
