COWBOYS & ALIENS has all the workings to be one of the coolest films we have seen in quite awhile. The title alone proves that the film has it all, and Daniel Craig’s involvement only sweetens the deal even further.
Now we have the first poster for the film, which shows that they are taking this film exactly in the direction most of us want it to go. Hit the break to see the full poster.
Although we can’t see the face of our cowboy here, we can only imagine that it is Daniel Craig since he is filling the lead. Either way, this poster shows exactly what we want to see – cowboys using alien technology. It’s hard to get over the sheer badass factor of a cowboy with his trusty ol’ rifle, and a cool shiny alien-tech bracelet. I guess we’ll have to wait and see exactly what that bracelet does, though.
My excitement level for the film was already at an all-time high due to the cast and crew behind it, but this poster has somehow catapulted the excitement even higher. Summer 2011 couldn’t get here any faster.
