Bryan Singer's JACK THE GIANT KILLER greenlit

Bryan Singer has been working towards making JACK THE GIANT KILLER a reality for a while now, despite it being plagued with delays and roadblocks, an unfortunate fate for a film from such a talented director such as Singer. However, t looks like they have finally gotten everything worked out just right and the film will finally happen, as the film has officially been greenlit.

In addition to the film being greenlit, there is a lot of buzz surrounding what young actor will be taking up the title role in the film. Supposedly it has turned into a much sought after role, and is getting the attention of young actors everywhere. Supposedly that won’t matter though, as Singer supposedly has his eyes set on a certain actor who has burst onto the scene. That actor is Aaron Johnson.

It’s really easy to be excited about this film, as it doesn’t take much convincing to get someone interested in any film by Singer. His take on the story of Jack and the Beanstalk could be a empty well of creativity for him to explore. Add Johnson to the equation and there is something really working for the film.

Are you guys excited for this project?
