The Marvel/Disney deal earlier this year was an exciting prospect for fans everywhere. The deal would give Marvel opportunities that they never before had, and could provide them the resources to stay relevant forever.
Immediately, jokes flourished on what sort of crossovers we’d see from the companies and now we finally have our first one – Marvel meets TRON. Pictures after the break.
Sadly, these images are not of an upcoming comic book series or mini-series, but they will be variant covers for a lot of upcoming Marvel books. As a serious comic fan, I love and hate when they do this. I love it because they are cool and I love showing them off, but hate them because end up buying two copies of the comic. Sly move, Marvel.
