We just recently found out that Carla Gugino would be starring in the not so kid friendly film MILF (MOTHERS I’D LIKE TO FIGHT), and now it looks like she is wanting to balance that out with a family film. I know most of us would watch her in anything, so we’re glad to see her spread her wings.
The film in question is MR. POPPER’S PENGUINS, a film starring Jim Carrey as a rich businessman who gets stuck taking care of six penguins. Although the task proves itself to be very difficult, he has a lot to learn from the little guys.
Although there is no official word as to what Gugino’s role will be, it’s likely that she’ll be the love interest for Carrey. She is pretty phenomenal at pulling off charming, so she will be a great fit for the role. Can’t wait to see her in a role like this, which is somewhat out of her element.
