We all know that Bruce Willis is the embodiment of bad-ass, and you’re more than welcome to look at his filmography as proof. Sometimes, it can be hard to separate him from that persona that he has built for himself. Although this new character poster from the upcoming film RED might not be doing him any favors in that regard, that doesn’t stop it from being pretty cool.

One of my favorite things a poster can do is creatively display the title like this one does. I just really wish that Bruce Willis wasn’t making the same pose he makes in just about every picture he is in. But then again, why cast Bruce Willis if he won’t be Bruce Willis?
The cast for the film seems like a pretty good fit, and from the trailer, it looks like it will be pretty entertaining. It will definitely be cool to see Helen Mirren and Mary-Louise Parker work with Willis in such an action-packed flick. Win me back, Brucie, I’m counting on you.
RED opens on October 15.
