It seems like every day we are hearing about some really great actor or actress being added to the cast of COWBOYS & ALIENS. The film is Jon Favreau’s latest after IRON MAN 2, and already has a cast that includes Daniel Craig, Sam Rockwell, Olivia Wilde, and of course the unforgettable Harrison Ford.
Now you can also count Paul Dano in, as he has officially joined the cast.
As of now, there are no specifics about his character, but we do know that he will be playing one of the cowboys defending Earth from our not-so-friendly planetary neighbors. Dano always brings up a film with his outstanding performances, so hopefully he can bring this film to a whole new level.
After both IRON MAN films, I have complete trust in Favreau as a director and can’t wait to see what he does with a post-IRON MAN property. COWBOYS & ALIENS is still a year away, but we are sure to get an image or two of the bad-ass cast in action after filming begins this summer.
