New INCEPTION poster bends reality (and streets)

Christopher Nolan has been catapulted into the spotlight with THE DARK KNIGHT, and subsequently has become one of the most talked about and anticipated directors of the past decade. His newest film, INCEPTION, proves this statement from the fan reaction to the first and second trailer; and also the fact that the typically picky director has cast Leonardo DiCaprio as his lead. Now they want to tease us even further with a new poster, which you can check out in full after the jump!

This poster gives the best look into the film’s vibe, something that neither the first or second poster did. Both trailers have such a heavy emphasis on the mind-bending nature of the film, and this poster shows that off with the sideways street. The characters posing in the middle is a little cheesy, but they are certainly not the focus.

This poster only helps build up the excitement for the film, which will hit theaters July 16th.
