The recent renewed interest in TRON is pretty amazing. What was once a somewhat forgotten gem is now producing one of the most anticipated films of 2010. Not to mention it makes news almost every single day.
Just yesterday we had news that the IMAX version of the film would have five scenes that would fill the entire IMAX screen. Today we get a new image that was part of the trailer shown at the recent TRON event that was held the other day. This picture is certainly going to drive all fans of the original mad with nostalgia.
The picture (click it to enlarge!) shows Flynn’s son Sam going to the old Flynn’s Arcade. One of my favorite parts of the image is the billboard above the arcade that shows some of Flynn’s biggest games, including TRON. A nice little touch if you ask me.
The trailer will premiere with ALICE IN WONDERLAND, and should hit the Internet sometime next week. Does this picture excite you guys for the upcoming trailer?
