I understand why BIG MOMMA’S HOUSE 3 is being made, it’s because the first two made a lot of money. But still, it pains me to see that a third one is being made after the atrocity that was the second. Well, regardless of many people’s ill feelings toward the project, it is being made and now has a director.
BIG MOMMA’S HOUSE 3 will be directed by John Whitesell. He was the director of the first BIG MOMMA’S HOUSE sequel (“big” surprise), and MALIBU’S MOST WANTED. I feel pretty confident this one will be just as successful as the last two.
Truthfully, I didn’t hate the first BIG MOMMA’S HOUSE. It wasn’t a great movie by any means, but it was the perfect “nothing to do and it is on HBO” kind of movie. Maybe they will give the franchise a breath of fresh air, although I’m expecting another release of flatulence.
