Official website for THE WOLFMAN launches

Wolfman

Hopefully, no werewolves will be howling at the full moon tonight. I am quite curious as to what a bunch of Lycanthropes would do on New Years. Do they even recognize it is New Years in that form? They might be too busy howling in pleasure, as Universal has just launched the official website for THE WOLFMAN.

The site actually has some pretty cool stuff. There is a section called “Discover Lycanthropy” that contains a plethora of facts and information about werewolves and lycanthropy. Additionally, there is a section called “Explore Blackmoor,” which probably will have information about the town from the film.

THE WOLFMAN is one of those films that I can’t decide how I feel about. When I initially started hearing about the project I was pretty excited, but the trailer just looked too cheesy. I wasn’t too crazy about the direction they took with the look of the werewolf. Regardless, I still plan to see it when it comes out. The film hits theaters February 12, 2010.
